[DISCUSSION]My HORRIBLE StockX Experience

Hey,

Everything began back in December when Supreme dropped with their crewnecks, and I was super lucky to cop one. Here is some pics from it :)

After holding my bogo for a 2 months, I decided to sell it on StockX, be cause I couldn't sell it in person. I got shipping label emailed to me and everything went fine, as it usually does. After waiting for a whole week to my items being delivered to StockX in UK, I got a email saying that my items has been received by StockX and waiting to be authenticated. I got super hyped of getting that paycheck incoming any second soon from my first sold item on platform that Ive been hearing about a lot lately.

Already 15 minutes in, and I received email stating that my item haven't passed authentication process with 2 pics that were clipped to the email #1. Even tho this bogo is DS.

Email #1 was followed by this email #2

I tried to email them and said that item is authentic and it is straight from Supreme, adding a screenshot of an email order confirmation and receipt that was coming with the order. I also asked about fees and account suspension being unfair. They hit me back with email #3.

After receiving that email, I replied with following. My reply, as I mentioned had an item that does match StockX´s requirements, and I clearly said that my item is authentic and my reply is understandable.

I was furious, about me getting accused to sell fake item and being taken money away from in form of fee, 15% of selling price + shipping. Since you are required to add your credit card info before you sell stuff on their platform you cant, i repeat, YOU CANT DELETE YOUR CARD INFORMATION ONCE ITS BEEN ADDED THERE. I called quickly to my bank and deactivated my card that was linked to my StockX profile, so they can´t take money from my card.

Since they have all my personal information as well I contacted their support about getting my account deleted, what they did 30 minutes later confirming deletion of an account.

I really worried about my bogo coming back to and all this shit that just happen within 2 days. Upvote for more visibility so I will get more help/advice on this subject on how and what should I do next.
