How do Japanese citizens view Undercover by Jun Takahashi?

Posted: 20 Jul 2022 08:08 AM PDT

I was sitting here thinking about Supreme and this thought dawned on me. Since Undercover is (or at least was) the biggest streetwear brand in Japan, is it viewed there the same way Supreme is viewed in the USA? Do Japanese citizens think of Undercover as overdone and kind of cringe at this point? I couldn't find any information on this anywhere so I thought I'd ask here.
