TLDR: I got food poisoned, threw up on my vapes, mom threw them in the washer/dryer to get the smell out, it worked but the knit shrunk and now they hurt to wear.

so i got food poisoned by rubios one night a few weeks ago and i ended up puking all over my floor and my vapormaxes, along with a few other pieces of clothing. So my mom helped me clean it up (God bless her) but she decided the only way to get the puke smell out of my shoes would be to throw them in the wash, but she didn't tell me that she also planned to put them in the dryer.. The knit ended up shrinking making the shoes warp back like a scorpion tail. so now i'm stuck here with nike elfmaxes. currently wearing them at an attempt to stretch them back to shape, but I don't think they will ever be like new :/

edit: forgot to mention my momma put them in the dryer without telling me

I used to be really into this and now coming back as an adult (kind of) I'm realizing that luxury streetwear is kind of a waste and want some people to follow who don't focus on names. Best methods to remove stains from clothes?

Made a big mistake removing pasta stain from my JE hoodie. Left detergent to dry out on it overnight now I have a huge blue stain on my hoodie because of it. Any ideas how to remove the detergent stain from my hoodie?

Need help finding an inspo album I saw on here a few days ago

Ok, can someone help me out because I feel like I'm going crazy here.

So I remember a few days ago there was an Imgur album posted and one of the pictures was of this (ignore the grailed link) shirt tucked into some checked pants. But just now I was tryna find that album to show that fit to my brother (bc he has the same exact shirt) and I couldn't find it!

I've looked everywhere on the sub and searched for every keyword I can, but still haven't found it. Can someone please drop a link to the post for me?

Supreme x Adidas x Pharrell NMD

So I was on instagram and noticed a funny looking shoe. It happened to be a "custom" Supreme Human Race NMDs. I questioned the owner of the company and they declared their shoes were legitimate and that he bought them in bulk off StockX and Goat for $400. I'm gonna take a wild guess and say their fake but, I'm curious as to how they are made, and will any action be taken against them. Transitioning to Streetwear is Awkward as Hell

So I've just started buying pieces considered "streetwear" and it's so different from how I used to dress. Because before I would just buy whatever and throw it on in the morning.

But since I'm not rich, I can't replace my entire wardrobe at once. So one day I'll be wearing streetwear and one day I'll be wearing dadwear. It's really fucking weird. Am I the only one who's ever had this issue?

Every other day I keep seeing threads asking what boot people should buy and everyone gives the same answers so I decided to make a guide

$

Rothco boots- these are some of the cheapest boots you can find, they give off a more modern military vibe as they are military surplus. From my experience the quality is pretty solid with a few mistakes here and there. That being said I have heard of cases of people wearing them for a week and the sole starts falling or the boot just goes to shit. Basically with Rothco boots you get what you pay for. Not amazing for winter as they are a bit thin and have ventilation. I'd recommend going a size down as they fit a little big

V-max

Jungle boot

$$

Doc martens 1460-Not much to say about these. Great combat boots that are extremely versatile. Solid for winter because you can just wipe off whatever gets on the shoe, doesn't keep very warm though so wear wool socks. if you are a .5 size round down to the closest size. Also my favorite shoe, if that means anything.

Palladium Baggy Boot-Great combat boot. Comfortable and keeps out the elements. Also can be worn high or low.

Nike SFB-These boots have a similar aesthetic to the rothco boots and are basically the same just higher quality and come in more colorways.

Lunar Force Duckboot-Good looking sneakerboot from nike. Good for winter, keep your feet warm and dry. Also comes in lows

SF-AF1-Personally I would categorize this as more of a sneaker than a boot but it looks like a boot so it fits in this list. For winter they are ok, you can wipe off any snow you get on them so they stay clean but they have ventilation so your feet will get cold. Also they take ten minutes to put on. Look around on stockx and goat for different cws, also comes in mid and high but the high is ugly af imo.

Timbs-Not much to say about these that hasn't already been said. Great for winter, keeps your feet warm and dry. Fit one size down. Look around for prices better than $190.

Red Wing boots-Great quality and durable workwear boots made in the good old USA.

Story Et Fall-chelsea/slp style boots, great quality and great looking.

Common Projects-Just like everything else they make, their boots are amazing quality and have a minimalist aesthetic to them.

Yeezy boots-There are different models of the yeezy boot and the aesthetics of all of them are different but the functionality is similar so they have one paragraph. They look great but are not very water resistant so they will get wet. Look around on different sites to see if they have what you want in stock.

Saint Laurent Wyatt harness boots-Great quality, Great looking. They're Saint Laurent what do you expect.

Guidi backzips- Unique designer boot. I'm gonna go ahead and assume they're good quality.

I am not a pencil thin guy, but I am by no means overweight, and by some standards I may be underweight - but how are some people achieving baggy fits from some skinny ass jeans? For instance: travis scott wears YSL leather jeans, and they look baggy - he wears Ksubi Chitch jeans and they fit him like Levi 513. I understand body weight and etc. is of importance, but there has to be some insider trick to this. Do any of you have experience with this phenomenon of super skinny jeans fitting you baggy, or anything to add to this?

Are there any alternatives to this Oversized Crewneck Tee sold by Uniqlo - Click Here -- it's sold out in my country that's why i'm looking for alternatives

The reason I want alternatives to this specifically (rather than just buying any blank and sizing up) is because of the proportions.

I particularly love the longer sleeves that reach closer to the elbow than normal.

Recently, I created "https://www.reddit.com/r/StreetwearDE/" for all the germans in this sub, who want to talk about Streetwear in German, like Local-deals in germany, Local brands, Local release infos, and just generally streetwear info regarding us in germany. That way we don't post unnecessary shit to the regular Streetwear sub, that doesn't interest anyone else except for us germans.
