In light of the recent complaints, us as mods realize the rules aren't perfect. There will never be a set of rules or a team of moderators that will satisfy all the users on the sub, and it's extremely hard to get an unbiased view on what the majority demographic of the sub wants due to voluntary response bias.

That being said, I've noticed that almost none of the people making the complaints have made any actual efforts to be part of the change they want to see. Do you feel like there's not enough content, or that you can't be motivated to post in the megathreads due to low visibility? Then start viewing and posting in the megathreads. Feel like there's not enough discussion content? Then put some effort into making a good discussion post others can build off of. Think there's something specific that would make the sub better? Then message a moderator with an improvement proposal and why you think it would work better than the current rules, instead of condemning this sub, the mods, and its users.

The quality of the subreddit is based on the quality of the users. It's the nature of reddit in 2018 to reward consumable content, but remember that this is a community based discussion forum at its core, and its the community that's responsible for both content providing and viewership. Be the change you want to see.

I've been on this sub since 2013/4, under a couple diff names, I used to be real active circa 2014/15 then stepped away for a while.

So I can tell you for a fact there's less activity now with 750k than there was with 10k, and was less community spirit.

I understand some of that stems from the fact Instagram has basically replaced forums in regards to fashion, but I still think this sub has a role to play.

The only way to salvage this sub, to stop it being just a method for power users to gain insta-clout, is to reopen posting.

Hey guys, i really need someone extremely professional with off white, PLZ tell me if this TEE was actually created by virgil abloh, its been a big fight going on on chinese reddit. i doubt they are saleing fake off whites, since defining a real off white only needs the tags, This chinese community have been opening factories for tags and cloths, tons of fake cloths were made and claimed as real cloths, so plz tell me if this shirt exist and plz tell me what year of what collection was this shirt from. it means a lot to me.

I recently purchased some doc marten 1460 in the slightly softer less shiny leather. They are made in china but i found out doc marten also puts out a made in England version.

I was just wondering if there was a big difference in quality/durability and especially if there was a big difference in comfort. Also is the sole and cushioning the same on both? How comfortable are docs in general? Basically ask if anyone is knowledgeable and can compare the two.

What is CSB?

CSB or Community Supreme Bot is a project that has been in development for nearly a year now. Previously known as FESBSC, CSB is a completely free open source bot to cop clothing items from Supreme. Evidently, a market for Supreme bots has developed within the Supreme Community. This market has become saturated with bots that seldom work at prices exceeding hundreds of dollars. The CSB project is an attempt to remove these huge paywalls, allowing all members of the Supreme community a fair chance in copping the items they want without any extra burdens on their wallet. This being said, CSB is still in development and success will never be 100% guaranteed. However, we are constantly working on the bot in order to raise the success rate with ambitious yet capable plans for the future involving new tech which has never been utilised within this field.
