My recent "epiphany"

I don't really think this is able to be called an epiphany because it was probably obvious to everyone, i don't know why it took me so long to realize this, but yesterday as I was walking through the courtyard to get to my car, i realized, every one is trying to dress fashion forward, but they end up looking the exact same. Everyone's trying to not be "basic" and wear these ripped jeans and all of these tones and do these new things, that it's become basic. Including myself. I was wearing things that were "safe" things that I had seen over and over and over on instagram pages of streetwear accounts, thinking I had style, when i was really just being styled by everyone else. I decided to try and stay away from that now and really craft my own style to say, basically, wearing whatever the fuck i want and making it work. This is probably the worst shitpost in history and really was just written as a stream of consciousness type thing but whatever there it is. I think I'm going to just thrift from now on because before I'd only buy from pacsun or elwood or things like that. If you have any suggestions let me know. viva la flame
