Did Bari rip the Vlone logo off Number (N)ine?

In 2006, Takahiro Miyashita's previous label Number (N)ine designed a t-shirt with a V on the back that has several similarities with the VLONE logo that A$AP Bari "created" I had no idea this n(n) piece even existed until Horror Vacuo (LA designer consignment) posted a picture on their Instagram featuring this t-shirt.

I contacted the store via Instagram and they sent me some more pictures of the shirt.

It's almost as if VLONE took the logo, filled it in with orange and claimed it as their own. What do you guys think?

Lack of Unique Fashion Ideas?

So about 3 weeks ago I went to this museum exhibit made up of outfits worn in the Star Wars movies and realized how boring like 90% of outfits I see really are. All my outfits feel so similar and basic. A pair of sneakers, tapered jeans, and either a t shirt or a hoodie or a jacket (denim, bomber, etc) based on the weather. Now back to the outfits I saw. They were so extravagant and unique. They wore things you almost never see here like robes, capes, ponchos, etc. Now I'm not saying we should all start dressing like Star Wars characters. I just feel like everyone (with a few exceptions) on this sub dresses too similarly and we never see anything that breaks the mold. I want to at least try to find a couple pieces that are rather unusual. How do you guys feel about this? And do you guys know of any places where you can buy any unique pieces?

I haven't really used hypebeast in 3 or 4 years but I recently read an article about the Adidas x Gosha collab and the comments section was 85 percent racist and homophobic bullshit. Since when were hypebeasts such racists pieces of shit? Don't they know the diverse origins of streetwear and how many awesome designers are gay, seems a bit strange to participate in a community that has so many roots linked to counter culture and minorities if all of your comments are racist/xenophobic in some way.

Back-to-School Shopping Help.

I go back to school early next month (still in summer school) and I need some help with purchasing a lot of basics that are inexpensive, but also won't die on me after 6 or 7 washes. I'm already covered for shoes so don't worry about that. My goal is to buy many blank basic t-shirts, blank hoodies, two pairs of jeans (black and light wash blue), a few pairs of shorts (preferably sweat shorts), and pair of sweatpants. My budget is $250. Do any of you frugal shoppers out there have any suggestions?
