Hello everyone!

We're looking to make some seriously big changes to the sub, hopefully in the coming weeks, but at least before the end of January. I've come here now, to see what your thoughts are on all of the possible changes to come.

So here it is, New Year Review.

Also if you have any other suggestions/criticisms/thoughts, this is the thread for them.

I was just wondering. I like the edgy shit, so if any of you guys/girls know where I could get some cool shorts that would be good. I hate having to switch from pants to shorts when it gets hot but I live in florida so its necessary.

Quick question for school: Does a brand or companies environmental ethics of processes affect how much you buy for it. Like would you be willing to pay a higher price to know if your clothes were made from recycled materials and the like?

My style is primarily basic. I wear a pair of joggers, khakis or jeans. Then I wear a simple solid color tee with a hoodie, sweatshirt and jacket on top for layering. I often then accessorize with basic dad/baseball hats and a cool pair of sneakers. Most of my wardrobe right now comes from H&M and I'm looking into getting a few pieces of champion. I'm aware of uniqlo as well, but haven't made any purchases there. My question for discussion is for essentials and basic clothing what is your go to brand, prioritizing price over anything else. I'm curious if there's any smaller brands that I should look into that a simple google search may not yield.

[Discussion] Anyone else collect vintage Playboy?

I love vintage Playboy because you get two compliments. The first one is that they like what you're wearing. Then, if the logo isn't showing (which I prefer), you tell them the brand and they go OMG WTF PLAYBOY MAKES/MADE clothes?

At one point they had a complete fashion line: jackets, coats, sweaters, polos... haven't seen many pants though.

You can also - and I hesitate to say this - get great deals because the market of buyers is so small. Except for the supreme collabs, of course. They kind of suck anyway though in my opinion. Like I said, I like to surprise people with the brand instead of blasting it in their face like supreme just about always does.

I've been collecting for years and have all sorts of stuff that people comment on just about every time I wear it. And it almost all cost less than $100. Recently picked up a NWT puffer coat for $60 that sold for about $575 in China.

I see virtually no discussion on reddit so I was thinking about making a subreddit even. Anyone else out there?

I'm extremely picky about my jeans, I like a slimmer fit around my ankle, but most jeans seem to be too tight around the thigh. Can you recommend any jeans that aren't too skinny and are nicely tapered.
