Does anyone else hate fashion during the summer?

Posted: 29 Jun 2017 01:42 PM PDT

I can't be the only person that thinks about this. To me, all of my clothes either look too plain for summer or it's too hot outside to wear them. Maybe I need different inspiration for summertime fits, but I'm starting to look at my closet every day and think "what the hell am I going to wear?" Does anyone else feel like this or know of any ways to get out of it?

Not so skinny people and Skinny/Slim Jeans [Discussion]

Posted: 30 Jun 2017 02:51 AM PDT

So let's face it, not everyone (like yours truly) is blessed with a smaller frame, skinny, toned, muscular physique. But, some of those people also like streetwear and fashion trends.

And, something I have picked up on is that streetwear is not limited to joggers and long sleeve T-shirts, jeans is also pretty popular and an essential piece. But in streewtear, you want a toned look, a nice fit, "skinny" perhaps. Not everyone can pull that off though.

So there is something I read online on a different streetwear forum where if you want that toned, tapered jeans look, but you aren't skinny and toned yourself, you DON'T have to buy these big, baggy jeans. What you can do, is you can buy skinny/slim jeans, and size up 3-5 sizes (depending on what works and what doesn't), and get that toned, tapered look, within your current situation.

My question is, are there any Redditors who have experience, or verify this, before I go out and do it myself, and maybe make less of a fool out of myself. Thanks!

Walmart/Target Denim Jackets?

Posted: 29 Jun 2017 07:59 PM PDT

Since denim jackets aren't very different in appearances from other trendy stores, is it worth copping a $30 denim jacket from Walmart or Target?
