I need a general idea of how sizing works, because I thought someone 6'0" would be wearing a large but all the models that tall wear a medium and I think everything I thought could be wrong.

StockX Bad Customer Service (Cancelled My Order After Waiting Close to One Month)

So my order of Cream White V2s just got cancelled by StockX which I had placed over 3 weeks ago (orders are supposed to take 7-9 days long). A week ago, the seller didn't ship my shoes to stockX so the company offered to find another pair for me with no additional cost. It looked like it was all good and it said that the shoe was on the way for authentication. I waited a week and emailed back at them asking why is it taking so long for the item to arrive at their headquarters for authentication. Without asking me they just cancelled my order and issued a full refund. Their reasoning was that they due to "issues in transit", at this point the shoe's price has went up $50 from when I purchased them. What do you guys think about this? Shouldn't they take some responsibility towards this and do any of you have similar experiences? What do you think about stockX vs Goat?
