The Clout Games - Mod Fit Battle Round 1 - Streetwear vs MFA - Vote for your tributes

Hello and welcome to the first ever fitbattle between /r/streetwear and /r/malefashionadvice!

In the spirit of competition and kinship with the mods over at /r/malefashionadvice we decided on having a fit battle. 7 moderators from each sub have agreed to join in the fun.

Please vote down in the comments.

This round of seeding will decide the matchup with /r/malefashionadvice. The moderators will compete against the tributes from /r/malefashionadvice next week June 7th, 2018.

How the match ups will work
1 Streetwear 1st seed vs MFA 1st seed
2 Streetwear 2nd seed vs MFA 2nd seed
3 Streetwear 3rd seed vs MFA 3rd seed
4 Streetwear 4th seed vs MFA 4th seed
5 Streetwear 5th seed vs MFA 5th seed
6 Streetwear 6th seed vs MFA 6th seed
7 Streetwear 7th seed vs MFA 7th seed

Reminder this is a competition between sibling subs. This is some sort of fashion kumite. This is the equivalent of Mortal Kombat Earthrealm vs Netherrealm fight to conquer the other.

What will the winning sub receive? Glory.

I think that this could be a fun exercise and community experiment in taste and culture. Being that we don't really see much of how people from the outside perspective view our personal taste and style since with tend to live in a style bubble. I think we don't see much cross blending and intermixing in streetwear communities and tastes communities. So this is a good way to bring people together outside of 20 people commenting on one person's WAYWT

It's a nice way to see the kind of vibe and persona we give off to others without a tastes similar to our personal style.

I guess if you can assume the person's age, gender, personal interest etc without going back into their Reddit account, think like of if you saw this person on the street wearing these 5 brands what would you think of that person?

(Sorry this is so long I was fighting the dumb fucking robot to make the 150 word count)

Also upvote if ur gonna comment, and comment on other people's post it doesn't help to just ask people to give you attention while not giving it back.

Kanye takes a subtle shot at Nike again on his song "All Mine" from his new album "YE":

Ay, if you driving round, here's some dri-fit Ay, I'ma think that you the type to dry snitch Hm, mhm, If I see you pull up with the three stripes Ay, ay, I'ma fuck around and make you my bitch"

He basically says he prefers his bitches wearing three stripes (Adidas) instead of Dri-Fit (Nike). I didn't think hes was going to shoot at nike again after that charlemagne interview, in which he said he GOT LOVE FOR NIKE.

What are your thoughts on this? Do you think its cool or whack dissing them just because he's not with them anymore? Do you guys think hes bitter about not being with nike anymore, or do you think hes making fun of them? You prefer the Nike Kanye or the Adidas Kanye?
