https://imgur.com/NH7n7tM I know a vocal majority of r/streetwear dislikes Yeezy 350 Boosts but...

Kanye tweeted this showing many new Yeezy shoes and clothing. He also tweeted different colorways of 500s, transparent stripe 350s, and early prototypes of 451, 350s, and sandals. The 451 prototype looks like it had an influence on the Wave Runner 700s. I think some of these will be released and some are unreleased samples.

He also announced a seven song album and other projects including a collaboration of him and Kid Cudi.

What are your guys' thoughts on Kanye's tweets today? Will everyone who wants Yeezys will finally get a chance at their own real pair? Personally I am interested in the transparent stripe 350s and they also remind me of CDG x Nike Dunks.

Need to fill some more words to pass the 150 minimum word requirement of this subreddit so I think this will do hopefully. Thanks for reading.

What are some trends that need to fucking die out? I feel like so many trends come and go within a year, and there there are some that refuse to die out over the years, despite the need for something new and refreshing. An example of one that I feel like came and went instantly was the socks over the pants, which I personally was never into, but it literally felt like a month or two that that trend was poppin then it was gone out of the media for the most part. At least that's how it seemed. What do you guys think of trends like dad shoes? Where essentially a trend is revamped. There are definitely some cool retro styled. This discussion can go in so many different directions, I'd love to hear what you guys have to say!

[DISCUSSION] Fuck StockX

Apologize for the rant but wanted to share:
I recently sold a F/W 17 Supreme Box Logo on StockX. My brother bought it from the Supreme store and never opened it or wore it and decided to sell it. So we ship it to StockX and they get back to us saying it's fake. wtf...so I email them back with a copy of the receipt and asking for details. They just said tags, materials, and colors are wrong with no other detail. Literally wtf, unless Supreme sent us a fake hoodie how is this possible....?
They charged me $14 cause it was "fake" and are sending back the hoodie. To be honest, the hoodie they send back is probably going to be fake and they exchanged it with the authentic hoodie I sent them because I heard they have done that in the past.
Has anyone else had issues with this or have any idea of how I can prove that their "verification" is a load of shit?

Has anyone heard of the brand okami? I see a lot of their ads through fb so i checked them out and their bombers/hoodies look kinda nice. I couldn't find much reviews of them online and I never heard of them before I found them on facebook so i'm just wondering if anyone knows this brand and if their stuff are worth it. What do you all think of this brand because some of their prices are really affordable with discounts but I just dont know too much about it right now. I heard somewhere that its a brand based in Japan and it started shipping to the U.S. a while ago? Did anyone buy some of their clothes (bombers and hoodies) and can give some feedback on it? The items I think look kinda nice is Claw Bomber and YLM HOODIE Also, does anyone know how the sizing is? I currently fit a Medium on a palace hoodie so i'm not sure about the sizes here. Thanks .

My original interest was sparked by Ava Nirui's fantasy collaboration of the Gucci x Champion hoodie. It seems like such a cool idea and a great platform to let lesser known creatives tand out where they can. With fashion being such a lucrative industry as well as being controlled by some major industries, individuality can really stand out in this day and age. While some would argue that it is uncool and that people should do their own thing, I would agree; however, if no one knows your talent as an artist or if they don't know your brand, it can be hard to set up without using established branding that people do know of which is why I believe that this is a good platform. One collaboration I would really like to see is Supreme x Carhartt. I know it's been talked about before and it just seems like a cool idea. There is a mixture of this rough, working line clothing mixed with the streetwear/skater scene of Supreme. I imagine they would probably do something for FW if they did anything at all (I would love to see a Carhartt jacket with Supreme) like this. What are some of yours (if any)?
